Beauty and the Beast Collection
This past weekend was all about the highly anticipated movie, Beauty and the Beast. I didn’t go and see it though, because ya girl wasn’t thinking ahead to buy tickets before it sold the f out. I will tell you who was thinking ahead, Gelish and Morgan Taylor.
You guys should know by now, I am obsessed with this nail brand. They did us a solid and created both light cured (Gelish) and regular polishes (Morgan Taylor) inspired by Beauty and the Beast. This romantic and whimsical collection showcases the true essence of the classic Disney love story between Beauty and the Beast.
The collections consists of:
- The Last Petal– Red pearl
- Be Our Guest– Dusty pink creme
- Plumette With Excitment– Pale pink creme
- Gaston And On And On– Blue creme
- Days In The Sun– Iridescent yellow
- Potts Of Tea– Alabaster creme
- Enchanted Patina– Metallic Bronze Overlay
Gelish and Morgan Taylor took it one step further and created a metallic bronze overlay polish called, Enchanted Patina. It can be applied on it’s own or on top of any of the 6 shades to create an antique finish. This optional coat is a great addition to capture the baroque style of Beast’s castle- love it!
I decided to enjoy 2 colors in 1 and painted my nails Gaston And On And On and Be our Guest. Sometimes it’s just too hard to make a decision, you feel me? Enjoy one of these beautiful shades at your local Gelish or Morgan Taylor salon. To find a salon near you, click here.
Shop below to add the Beauty and the Beast colors to your own polish collection. Remember: Gelish polish requires a UV or LED lamp to cure. So you will need your own equipment at home before you start. If you don’t have a UV or LED lamp, Morgan Taylor will apply like a regular polish- phewf!
Have you seen the movie yet? What are your thoughts?
