My Top 3 Skincare Devices
Skincare devices are one of my favorite things to research. I have collected many gadgets over time and some I love some more than others. Here are my top 3 must have skincare devices that I use every single day.
Foreo Facial Cleansing Device
You’ve finally chosen a cleanser that you love. Now imagine using it with a cleansing device that removes 99% of dirt, oil, and makeup. I’ve been using Foreo for years and when I tell you there’s a difference, I absolutely mean it! You can feeeeel the difference compared to cleansing your face with just your hands.
Foreo uses fancy schmancy technology that pulsates 8,000 times per use to deep clean pores, exfoliate, massage and prep the skin for product absorption. My favorite thing is the ultra hygienic silicone that doesn’t harbor bacteria or need to be replaced. The battery lasts quite some time and only needs a charge once every few months.
There are so many styles and colors to choose from and it’s worth every single penny. You are going to feel sooo great about adding this into your skin care routine.
Droplette Microinfusion Skincare Device
This is the future! Droplette is a device that transforms serums into micromists to penetrate deeper into the skin. It’s the frikken coolest thing ever. You choose your serums based on your skin concern. The serums are dosed into single capsules and can address dark spots, dry skin, wrinkles, blemishes, aging, redness, etc.
You insert that capsule into the Droplette device and turn it on! The serum changes from a liquid into an ultra fine mist that delivers yummy skin goodness in 60 seconds or less. I use my device 5-6 times a week and love, love, love to serve my skin this skincare cocktail.
Is it worth the price point? Abso-frikken-lutely!
Lightstim LED Handheld Device
LED treatments are all the rage and for good reason. Lightstim uses different LED colors to target specific skin concerns. With these devices you are getting professional strength treatments at home and that-is-huge!
Wrinkles = Amber/Light Red/Dark Red (I have this one!)
- Improve skin tone
- Reduce fine lines and wrinkles
- Reduce redness
Acne = Blue/Red
- Kill acne causing bacteria
- Calm breakouts
- Reduce redness
Pain = Light Red/Dark Red
- Soothe tired muscles, aches and pains
- Increase circulation
- Speed up recovery
Recommended usage is 5-7 times per week, 3 minutes per area. And yes, there is a built in timer! If you are going to splurge on this, you better make damn sure you actually use it. This is such a great investment to last a long time and the LED lights should not need to be replaced.
Remember: consistency is everything.
